We're The Relish Tray Bistro and Speakeasy, and we've been a premier bistro in Baraboo, WI, since 2020. We specialize in serving delicious organic dishes made in small batches with fresh ingredients and locally-raised meat. Our food is made fresh every day. No deep fryers are used in the preparation of any of our dishes. Our menu includes a wide variety of choices, including our daily special, craft beer, burgers, and much more. Whether you’re looking for a quick snack or something more filling, we have something for everyone. This little hidden gem in Downtown Baraboo should not be missed! The menu and specials were very unique and our food was delicious! The server Heather was wonderful and we got a chance to chat with the owner Amber. The atmosphere was very laid back but a little classy at the same time. The decor is super cute and eclectic. Will definitely be back!

This was a nice place. It sounds like it's family-owned and the waitress was really nice. The menu has some great choices and I really enjoyed the German relish salad and the Mediterranean chicken. Went back and tried the beef bulgogi tacos and got the German relish salad again and they were phenomenal. There are a lot of good choices on this menu.

Good food. I appreciate our server Heather. Heather really worked hard. Was warm, friendly, aimed to please. . I had the smoked salmon plate w/cucumber & feta. Yummy German chocolate cake. Mom had very good amaretto salmon w/red potatoes & side salad. +hazelnut torte. [Cool that Sen. Bernie Sanders/group walked in & dined there towards the end of our meal. He was in Baraboo campaigning. ][I let him have his peace/space][I hope everyone enjoyed there meals]Saturday evening Oct 12, 2024
