We're The Relish Tray Bistro and Speakeasy, and we've been a premier bistro in Baraboo, WI, since 2020. We specialize in serving delicious organic dishes made in small batches with fresh ingredients and locally-raised meat. Our food is made fresh every day. No deep fryers are used in the preparation of any of our dishes. Our menu includes a wide variety of choices, including our daily special, craft beer, burgers, and much more. Good food. I appreciate our server Heather. Heather really worked hard. Was warm, friendly, aimed to please. . I had the smoked salmon plate w/cucumber & feta. Yummy German chocolate cake. Mom had very good amaretto salmon w/red potatoes & side salad. +hazelnut torte. [Cool that Sen. Bernie Sanders/group walked in & dined there towards the end of our meal. My husband and I both had the gouda burger. It was cooked perfectly and very tasty. As others have said, it did take about 20 minutes to get our food but everything is made to order. We weren't in a hurry and didn't mind the wait. We will definitely be back when we are in town.
